 Verified The vegetable thali was wonderfully flavorful, and the fried vegetable momo were crispy and delicious. The server was warm, courteous, and attentive. The closest thing that I have to a complaint is that there's no coat hook in the clean and spacious bathroom. But that's no complaint at all.

 Verified Always seen this place and finally decided to come in and have a meal. 

I ordered the mixed Thenthuk. Absolutely delicious. 
Up there for my favorites in the neighborhood. 

Have to come back for jhol momo. Guys at the next table ordered and it smells so good.

 Verified The atmosphere is a lot of fun and the service was good had nothing to complain about it.

The food is fine but didn't blow me away, I have had a lot better and more in depth of flavors from other Nepalese restaurants before.

 Verified Great place in Jackson Heights NYC. I've never been to Nepal, but HAVE eaten Nepalese food in Tibet. It's delicious. I had the Rakshi Ko Sathi (Pangra) and MoMo in chili sauce. Along with Taj Mahal lager. If you like Nepalese cuisine OR just want to try something differently delicious, this place rocks!

 Verified I'm lucky enough to live near Gorkhali's new Brooklyn outpost, but I had to try the OG location in Jackson Heights. It's actually not right in the main 74th st chowk area, but a few blocks away under the 7 train, and it's set up with an upstairs eating area, just like many of the small restaurants I'm used to seeing across the hill stations of the Himalyas.

I ordered a veg thali and we shared the chili momos. These were some of the best veg momos I've had in Queens - they used a mix of chives with other vegetables to give some texture. In the veg thali, I really enjoyed the black dal - it paired perfectly with the 3 tangy achaar varieties that were included.

It was a weekday so the upstairs stage was empty, but it looks like there may be live music on the weekends here!

 Verified I got the chicken thengthuk. It did take some time for the bowl. The bowl was quite huge and piping hot, jsi the way I like it. The broth was great, started with a sip and immediately felt the warmth and taste. The chicken seemed dry and needed effort to chew in. The noodle however was amazing, it was thick and had the right texture and chewiness. This was comfort food. With the toppings of onions, green onions and fresh cilantro, it tastes great and I cleaned out the bowl.

 Verified I ordered the chicken thenthuk on DoorDash. The soup base was flavorful. I really enjoyed the texture and taste of the hand pulled noodles. I think this a great option for Nepalese cuisine as there aren't many options nearby and this one tastes good. I just think the chicken was slightly over cooked.  Verified The food sucks and on top of that when you order for takeout, they do not give you any utensils, napkin, sauce, nothing....never had this in any Nepalese restaurant before, very poor....they also serve you very less item on their main dish, poor poor service and cheap....customer wants what they pay for....I guess the workers did it on purpose always because the owner don't pay them well....very disappointed! If you cannot give online service than stop taking online and phone order, just do dine in...I bet people don't even tip on that because they know your service very well...you might get away thinking its nothing but believe me it starts from the one and lead to the other....

 Verified Tried something new this time. I was surprised with their mix chowmein. It was really good. You can rarely find fried dish in a Nepali restaurant and it was good too.

Just be aware that they usually include tips in the cheque.
